Waste audit at University of Canterbury, 2021

What is a Waste Audit?
Waste audits involve systematically sorting waste from your business’s bins into different categories to determine the amount and types of waste produced by your organisation.

What we offer
We can undertake a waste audit that suits your business’s size and structure. After consultation, we can determine how best to run an audit for you that would get the most constructive data.

We will carry out the audit as decided and produce a report identifying areas where waste minimization can be improved, determine the effectiveness of any current waste management systems, outline the types and amounts of waste produced by your organisation.

We are then able to advise you on specific ways to implement changes to reduce your impact on the environment. An audit is a great way to see what areas need improving and it is recommended that a follow up audit is carried out down the track to asses how well the changes have worked.

Great to work with – friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Supplied all the equipment and expertise – made the waste audit a piece of cake for our Hospitality students.
